“Tonight’s maze.” the usual nameless voice introduce himself once again. “Is ‘The Choice’ A giant labyrinth where you will face your decisions.”

“You’re already ready too, huh?” The beastly silhouette stated as Phil approach. “If you get the change, I'd be interested to see what you face.”

“Huh? Why?” Phil asked. “You really think it’ll be that different?”

“I think so.” The beastly silhouette respond. “Something in the way you’ve been traveling.”

The two somehow parted ways despite going down the same set of stairs. It seemed impossible, but then again so did all this. “You. it’s all your fault!” Phil turned around to face yet another spider girl, but this time he knew who it was. He tried to run as Myrija four legs did their best to crush him. “You abandon your brother! Is that really what you want?” Phil had no idea what that meant as he was an only child, but kept running. Whatever he did Myrija was not happy about, and use every skill her eight limbs had that she could think of to stop him. Ending with her chucking a giant ball of web at him just after he managed to cross the painted line on the ground. She sighed and stared at Phil quite a while before turning around. “I know, I know.” She stated as a small green man floated down. “I just… have to figure how to tell Obb.” She stated before fading away.
A giant hand caught Phil’s dad as he tried to attack Myrija. “No rules have been broken.” He stated setting him down again. “You will let it pass.”

“Dad.” Phil stated just as his dad was about to protest. “Obb is dating a mystic, and I’m not. Isn’t that good enough.”

Phil’s dad lead him down a trail. “It was never about that.” He stated. “Plenty of non-humans live the way everyone should, but there’s plenty of them that don’t. And if they decide to live a proper life, I’ll decide to stop having problems with them.”

“Like you’ve decided to stop having problems with me.” Phil stated. “Though I still don’t know what I did.”

“You decided.” Phil’s dad stated simply.

“Come on, Dad.” Phil replied.

“What?” Phil’s dad asked.
Phil’s aunt, Symphony, made the loudest sigh she could. Phil walked over to her passed the painted line, because he dad was still confused.

“You decided” Symphony thought for a moment. “not to be selfish.”

“You were selfish to go with my uncle Clarence?” Phil question. “To take me and Obb in?”

“Oh, very much so.” Symphony answered. “I only married your uncle, because I deeply care from him. And I asked if he prolong his life, for the same reason. And just because you boys asked me first, doesn’t mean I didn’t hate that you two were living that way enough to plan on asking you.” Her left winged hand gestured to herself. “Everything I do is for me, dear, the rest of you just happen to enjoy it.”

“Just live a little selfishly, huh?” Phil paused, and looked back to edge where everyone once stood. “Doesn’t seem like that worked out of a lot of people.”
“Does it, now?” Symphony respond. “I wonder how many of them gave something as important as you did.”

“What was I supposed to do?!” Phil asked.

“Difficult question, isn’t it? Just what in tally-cog is one SUPPOSE to do.” Symphony. “But I suppose you and your brother found an answer, and that girl seems like she can find something to help with that.”

“I don’t have a….” Phil paused as he remembered. “Obb… does he really still call me that?”

“No idea, but I do.” Symphony replied. “And I’m quite certain he’s been relying on you for a while. But, as your father would say, far be it from a ‘selfish mess’ to tell you what to do.”

Phil swung the door open. “That’s an even dumber reason to call you that than I thought it was.”
BE “SELFISH”?
-It’s worth thinking about: (go to night 6-B/C)

-That’s not a way to live: (go to night 6-D)
