“I would like.” An average height, black haired girl repeated. “To register unaffiliated.”

“Miss Strogovno, with background and aptitude like yours applying under anything other-” A cane dropped down behind the attendant.”

“I thought I was rather clear about avoiding delays.” Sartre stated to the attendant before looking at the girl. “Miss, I’m afraid we are not in charge of who quali...fies…”

“I’ve studied under several leading ideological teachers, passed every class I’ve ever taken with flying colors, and submitted my phiocore test result.”

“Which are all in order.” Sartre confirmed reading them over again. “What in great minds are we bringing an old man out of his chair for then?”

“I’d like to register the name Abstract, and mark myself as unaffiliated.” Abstract stated. “I went to this booth with the understanding that-” She smiled and waited patiently as Sartre dismissively waved while doing the paperwork grumbling.

“But sir don’t you find it a bit confusing?” The attendant protested.

“Why, in the name of myself, would I began questioning individual freedom now?” Sartre handed Abstract her ticket and joined her in going inside.

Abstract, now rather grateful she had chosen to wear a comfortable blouse and jeans as a pose to her far less flexible school uniform made her way up the stairs to the raised up half of the room. Jumping slightly as an arm grabbed her moments after reaching the top. Shortly after tugging back and attempting to free herself normally. “Hey come on now let’s just save ourselves some trouble and see what your-” Abstract yanked her arm only and allowed several thick, black, strings to run wild out of the stranger’s grip before throwing them all in a wide swing wrapping them around each other and returning her arm to its proper state.

“That ‘trouble’ is designed to help each and every person here find a group they fit with, and assess individual values.” Abstract stated brush the sleeve of her gray blouse slightly. She was about to protest again before flinching backwards as the male stranger’s other arm tried to grab her before a white yo-yo whized its way through a crowded room and wrapped the white string attached to it around his wrist.

“You present a rather unmarvelous demeanor.” Stated a man in a white suit  walking out of the crowd, and retracting his yo-yo with ease. A boater hat made of white fabric hiding the top of half his face.

“So?” The stranger scoffed.

“So?” The man in the suit began throwing both his yo-yos. “My good sir one must at all times.” the right yo-yo narrowing avoided the first person out of the crowd as the man dodge the surprise attack. “In all ways.” He the stings and yo-yos flung wildly as he dance out of the way of the second attacker and stood face to face with a woman who had also joined the ambush. “And in all realities.” Having stepped into the area the women was affecting everything seemed to turn opposite. His suit and hat switched their primary color to black revealing the vertical white lines clearly. His hat tilted up reflect orange eyes, which were also clearly reversed. He held the scene only briefly bending down yanking the strings causing the yo-yos to strike down both the two men and the woman down in one fluid motion before getting up and returning both yo-yo in his sleeves as he moved his arms away from his side. And took a bow, while also on arm against his stomach and other against his lower back. “Always be marvelous.” He rose from his bow. “Yet you’re lack of understanding of our respective advantages and disadvantages, remains most unmarvelous.” Purple bolts of energy flew from some behind the white suit man, and into a giant, black, circle, with several fancy designs with in it before a red headed woman in long, elegant, red dress stepped into the light slightly behind Abstract. There was a long pause before the male stranger spoke.

“Why don’t you join then?” He asked. “Leave the shield. I didn’t call myself Watts, because I need to protection.”

“Whitejack.” Whitejack introduce himself in turn. “And I’ll stick with my own choices, thank you.”

“Before you make even more of a fool of yourself.” A distance voice stated before Watts could protested. A shorter female with white hair wearing a matching a very slightly transparent, short, white dress sat on a large golden colored cube structure which began moving forward. Several mechanical parts flew around and beside her as she openly gestured. Connecting various spare mechanical parts together. We’re a Philosophical Hivemind of Individualistically Variated Egalitarians, and I’d explain that to you.” She dropped down, and a cube shift into a full fledged robot in turn. “But you should probably just call us Phive.” The last word, and their apparently official title came in floating on the opposite side of the robot stand about half a foot above her.

“Watts… and various members hoping to join the ‘Direwolves’” A more formal security officer stated. “Best get their statement later… Whitejack” Whitejack tilted his white hat in response. “Renee.” The girl who shielded Whitejack waved. “The links Heidi and Ger. The robot made an affirming grunt as Heidi tugged her dress and bowed. “Of Phive, and, if I may miss?”

Abstract took a look around observing the crowd. “Abstract” she stated. “Of Phive.”
