Could it be Tonight?

Well the angers quelled, and the despair settled in.
Why am I here? What was my sin?
And I  have time for things to change.
But could it be tonight? I can’t live this way.

I keep the hope for my dreams.
Hoping it’s not as pointless as it seems.
They have time to create, and I have time to stay.
But could we leave tonight? I won’t survive this way.

Away from the fears, away from pain, sailing away as it all fades from vision.
To starry nights. To dreams shining bright. To a place far enough to make an escape.
And I have time to make the decision.
But could it be tonight? I can’t die this way.
